Maintaining excellent health and safety practises has always been a big priority for us at Fowler & Gilbert.
In 2022, we became accredited with the Contractors Health and Safety Assessment Scheme (CHAS); the first and only organisation within the industry to achieve this accreditation.
We’re proud to be an industry role model for best practice in health and safety, taking action to comply with CHAS guidelines on documentation, management and training.
Led by our dedicated Health and Safety manager, Fowler & Gilbert continues to prioritise the health and safety of our clients, staff, and the general public.
The history of Fowler & Gilbert
Founded in 2011 by Lee Gilbert, one of managing directors, Fowler & Gilbert Ltd has gone from strength to strength thanks to our hard-working staff and satisfied client base.
- With a family farming heritage background and a strong passion for agriculture and the outdoors, Lee began to apply his knowledge to build a new business.
- Fowler & Gilbert was established and incorporated in 2011. Based out of a small port-a-cabin in Middlewich, Lee began expanding the team to meet rising demand.
- After nine years, it was time for a new home. The team did what they do best and fabricated a brand-new 100,000sq ft state-of-the-art facility in Market Drayton, Shropshire.
- The new offices were opened in December 2022 and with strong links to Wales and the Midlands, the new location was spot-on!
