Maintaining the best conditions for your pigs
Because pigs and weaners are so sensitive to climate variations, we build in ways for you to effectively maintain temperatures.
Side roller blinds can be incorporated, helping to manage temperature naturally, rather than relying on heating or cooling systems. Automatic sensors detect weather changes and open and close blinds as needed.
Because forced ventilation affects temperature, we’ve adapted our design. Pens are laid out to train and encourage pigs to pass waste on the outer sides, rather than the middle. Scrape passages along the outer sides of the building allows for easier clean-up.

We use our knowledge of pig farming to design and construct specialist buildings, like a wean to finish unit.
- Relying on a straw-based set-up, a wean to finish unit is designed to be an all-in, all-out system.
- These units can take 2000 7.5kg pigs and develop them over 20 weeks.
- On week 20, all you need to do is wash down, disinfect and get ready for the next batch to come in.
